In Heart Of Hearts
Heart can symbolize many aspects of our nature. Many ancient cultures all around the word relate the heart to our desires, deeds, inclinations, things we care for and care to do. Today we most commonly, we relate the heart to love. Deeply seeded and part of this love is the connection we all have to each other, to the world, to nature. This connection is exceptionally stronger, and much more significant than the connection your phone has to wifi, or the connection you plug in to charge that phone. The bond between woman and man, family and child, animal and nature, all living things, is something sacred which when ignored or forgotten creates chaos. We've all had experiences that make this inherent connection clear and apparent. We’ve also all had interactions that certainly fog that connection up, causing us to feel disconnected, or not in harmony with each other and life. It’s at these moments that we must overcome these negative frequencies. There are many who simply operate and vibrate low. I can not allow anyone to lower my vibe, or where I desire to operate, and neither should anyone else. Active acknowledgment and awareness of this connection as a way to progress, in our lives, as a community, for the world, is not only necessary, it’s natural. It’s not natural to disregard our connection and the fundamental desire to unify.
My experience, like many, is that the much of the chaos we go through, which fog the connection up, stem from family and loved ones. I’ve gathered is that the chaos we experience has roots seated in the soil of a heart that is distracted and disharmonious with Mama, mother nature, with each other, and with self. Unfortunate as they may be, without these experiences I wouldn’t have the understanding that I do, which is always growing and evolving. Love, awareness, knowledge of self sprouts that flower of love for all. Much like a flower, we are a part of nature, we rely on nature, the earth, just like an infant relies on their mother or how we all rely on our heart to cycle life through our veins.
There are seemingly countless amounts of distractions that have the potential to misguide us, steering us further and further from nature. We can see this in the form of abused technology, politics, media, devolution of our ability to communicate, the list can go on. Through learned behaviors, we willingly allow these distractions to drive us away from nature, each other, from self and from love. In a time with so much division being pushed by media outlets, we must come back to our essence, and love. Now, reality is clearly not all love. The challenges that we all face, the struggle, and the pain, depending on how it is handled, can break down these divides in a dramatic way. We must be aware and, better yet, understand these distractions and their potential effects on our stress, on our life experience versus a time when these distractions didn’t exist, or if we controlled them, and the chaos they can create in our heart.
With even a small level of understanding and the desire, it’s easy to see that we need to come back into harmony with nature through love and appreciation of our shared heart, Earth, of all life, and of ourselves. I can no longer allow myself to disregard this reality. Good or bad, every moment is a moment to learn. Every person is a teacher, every experience teaches us. I thrive, and aim to better myself day by day, experiencing every moment of every day, growing from it all. None of this is possible unless we open or minds, and our hearts.
